a/kit to belong
Connection in a/box
This kit isn’t here to fix loneliness or rush you through anything. It’s here to give you options to reflect, create and play and hopefully feel a little more connected to yourself or others. You can choose from activities that are solo or ones that you do as a/part of a crowd – read on.

Loneliness can show up in many moments, even when things are “meant” to be exciting.
A lot of people feel this and especially in early adulthood, but it’s not talked about much. It can feel confusing to be lonely when you’re surrounded by people, or when your life looks fine from the outside.
Review the menu for a/kit to belong – it’s connection in a/box but stories don’t all have to fit in a box. Eight creative activities have been designed from the stories young people have shared. These different forms grow connection for the same belonging. You can choose stickers, nature cards, puzzles, mini zines, playlists, connection cards, or postcards.
Things can be done solo or as a group of six people. Doing things solo? Maybe start with two or three activities in your kit, or if you are a/part of a crowd mix 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 activities together – or order a full kit to try.
Try mixing Do with Make or mix one from Play and two from Read.
Share your stories back with us on the a/part of the crowd space to belong.
